Under the Weather

I have been sick all weekend! Bad headcold/sinus infection! The best weekend to go shopping and I get sick! I did go to Walmart and get five of the Lite cartridges they had on sale for $20.00 each, got something for my girls, but I just don't feel in the Christmas spirit, hopefully I will get over this once I start to feel better. I made a few cards this weekend, they are for my in-laws, I also built a Jetmax thing for ribbons and cleaned my table where I scrap( I really want a Scrapbox, but we can't afford one!) sad face! I should be thankful I have a table!I hope you all have a great week and hopefully I will get to feeling better. Thanks for listening!

Old/New Christmas Card

Another card I made for a challenge. I used Utee and "Cracked glass" on the Santa. I embossed the card with a Unity stamp and used a clear glitter embossing powder. The bow is in chocolate brown. Hope you like!

One of my Christmas cards

Here is a Christmas card I made for a blog challenge. I used Fancy Pants Holly Jolly paper for a mat,Little YELLOW Bicycle "Christmas DeLight" for the scarf, the black boots are Bazzill along with the snowman and snow and the blue mat. The face is Peachy Keen stamp. Black buttons are using the I-rock rhinestones. A snowflake brad. I embossed the blue mat with a snowflake folder. Stickles for snow, and marker in orange for carrot nose and pink chalk for cheeks. I pop dotted the snowman. Hope this puts you in the spirit!

Last Minute Card

My sweet hubby comes home from work and tells me his boss has a birthday on Friday, so he needs a card by Wednesday! He tells me his boss is a big Penn State fan, so I have no manly paper I took out my Alcohol Inks and made paper. I used Locker talk for the pennant and the block font for the PSU is from the Boys Will Be Boys cartridge. I have never made a real masculine card, so this is my first attempt on short notice. I think it looks ok. Have a great day!

A Christmas Card!

Here is a card I made. I love this card so much! Hope you all enjoy it. It took forever to make because I used Glossy Accents on the Christmas lights, The stamped sentiment is from the Pink by Design "Winter Fun" stamp collection, the Peachy Keen Stamped face is the "Critter Faces Set A Medium PK-754" The penguin is from the Simply Charmed and the lights are from Create a Critter The snow is done with Devine Swirls Folder.

Happy November

Hope everyone is well! I am feeling under the weather so all I have been able to do is start working on my cards for my card swap at "Scrappin' Happily Ever After" I feel like crawling under the covers and sleeping for a week, but I have so much that needs to be done, I had to go after work this evening and vote! I hope everyone did the same. I had to take down Halloween and put up my Harvest decorations. I am looking for gifts for family (got a few things from Thirty-one).
I am going to rest and hopefully put some photos up this weekend, after work!
