What to do?

I am in the beginning stages of making a card for the card swap I do each month, and I have no inspiration! I guess I need to search the web and find a bit of help! There is no theme to the card swap, just something you like. Last one, I did a snowflake card, I loved it, but it was a lot of work, and I have 2 cards in the making, but I am thinking of maybe doing a Get Well card or Sorry You are feeling Under the Weather.
